Really enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed and great location. Restaurant you could walk to next to condo was a bonus. Did need to move up the beach to get in the water because this access point you could not swim in the water. No problem though because there was other access points that were easy to get to.

The beach offered a breathtaking view, with the shimmering water meeting the soft sand. The beauty of the location was truly remarkable, providing a sense of serenity. The apartment itself was spacious, allowing for comfortable living and movement. Furthermore, the combination of a lovely apartment and a stunning beach made the experience even more enjoyable. Absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, convenient, and well stocked with everything a family needs on vacation. It's in a great location, with easy access to the beach and the pier. The host was friendly and quick to respond, which made everything smooth. We would definitely book again!

I could not say enough great things about this place and Joshua! We were in a pickle, plans fell through with our previous rental last minute and we had already driven 16 hours to be in okaloosa. He let us do a very early check in and was so beyond accommodating and understanding. The place was so nice and spacious, had everything you could ever need, and was right on the beach! Great views, very quiet area, my husband and I slept like babies on the king mattress. It was very clean and had a great location being set a little down the road from the main hub of everything, but only a minute or 2 drive away. Absolutely would recommend staying here to everyone I know and hope to stay again in the future! :)

The home was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully decorated with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The real highlight? The location! Just a short stroll to the most breathtaking beach—think powdery white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water that looked like it belonged on a postcard. Waking up and walking to that kind of paradise each day was an experience we’ll never forget. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, and the host was communicative and welcoming from start to finish. Truly a five-star stay—we're already dreaming of coming back!

Joshua was super easy to deal with and made the process hassle free! The condo is in a great location right on the emerald coast!! 2 min walk to the beech! I will definitely recommend Joshua to my friends and family!! Thanks man!!

Joshua’s place far exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect we loved that it is so close to all local restaurants and beach access! We visited for spring break and felt very safe and didn’t worry about our kids going To poop and back. All kitchen necessities included! We will definitely be back at Josh’s place!

Really nice spot. Quick and easy walk to the pool and the beach. Fort Walton and Destin are right there. Very clean and tidy condo. Perfect set up. Zero complaints. Thanks again Josh! Had a great time with the wife and kiddos.

We loved the direct beach access. The beds were comfy, and everything was clean. There were plenty of kitchen items to cook meals. Host was responsive and helpful! We had a wonderful stay.

Destin and Fort Walton Beach are fairly drivable towns. If you traveled in your own vehicle, you won't have much of a problem driving and parking at most of the attractions in the area. If you'd rather let someone else do the driving, there are several taxi services in the area, including Uber and Lyft. e-Motion FL provides electric rentals and charging for a variety of travel modalities, including one-wheel, scooters, e-bikes, and e-skateboards, making this a fun way to get around town. There is an EC Rider stop just a few feet from the condo. EC Rider provides safe, reliable transportation to many attractions throughout Destin and Fort Walton Beach. Check the EC Rider website for routes and schedules.
