Really enjoyed our stay. Had everything we needed and great location. Restaurant you could walk to next to condo was a bonus. Did need to move up the beach to get in the water because this access point you could not swim in the water. No problem though because there was other access points that were easy to get to.

The beach offered a breathtaking view, with the shimmering water meeting the soft sand. The beauty of the location was truly remarkable, providing a sense of serenity. The apartment itself was spacious, allowing for comfortable living and movement. Furthermore, the combination of a lovely apartment and a stunning beach made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, convenient, and well stocked with everything a family needs on vacation. It's in a great location, with easy access to the beach and the pier. The host was friendly and quick to respond, which made everything smooth. We would definitely book again!

I could not say enough great things about this place and Joshua! We were in a pickle, plans fell through with our previous rental last minute and we had already driven 16 hours to be in okaloosa. He let us do a very early check in and was so beyond accommodating and understanding. The place was so nice and spacious, had everything you could ever need, and was right on the beach! Great views, very quiet area, my husband and I slept like babies on the king mattress. It was very clean and had a great location being set a little down the road from the main hub of everything, but only a minute or 2 drive away. Absolutely would recommend staying here to everyone I know and hope to stay again in the future! :)

The home was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully decorated with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The real highlight? The location! Just a short stroll to the most breathtaking beach—think powdery white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water that looked like it belonged on a postcard. Waking up and walking to that kind of paradise each day was an experience we’ll never forget. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, and the host was communicative and welcoming from start to finish. Truly a five-star stay—we're already dreaming of coming back!

Second time we have stayed at this location. We love the ease of access to the beach. Love that we have easy access to explore either to East or West of Okaloosa Island.

Joshua was super easy to deal with and made the process hassle free! The condo is in a great location right on the emerald coast!! 2 min walk to the beech! I will definitely recommend Joshua to my friends and family!! Thanks man!!

Joshua’s place far exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect we loved that it is so close to all local restaurants and beach access! We visited for spring break and felt very safe and didn’t worry about our kids going To poop and back. All kitchen necessities included! We will definitely be back at Josh’s place!

Great place! It was private & personal. The kitchen is filled with all the necessities. The rooms were clean, beds are comfy, & the closet has everything you need for a beach day!

We really enjoyed the space and proximity to the beach. There is a good amount of space, especially for two people. Everything was clean and functional. Great deal for a place so close to the Ocean in the heart of Destin, would stay again.
